Incorporated in 1984, Brandywine Medical Management Services
Incorporated (BMMSI) was established for the sole purpose of providing
billing, practice management and receivable liquidation services to
healthcare professionals and entities. BMMSI's success has centered on its
ability to identify, hire and retain talent in a very specialized field. Since
BMMSI is purely a medical billing, practice management and recovery
company, we place a high priority on our employee's awareness of the
standards particular to this industry.
Chief Executive Officer
Mrs. Doris L. Heher, the founder of BMMSI, is a graduate of Pennsylvania State
University and has over 35 years experience in healthcare receivables. Previously she
has been the manager of business offices in both hospitals and recovery agencies
throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania. She has also acted as a consultant and trainer
for business offices and admissions personnel.
Realizing that BMMSI represents every client it enters into an agreement with, Mrs. Heher has developed procedures that ensure that each patient will be treated with respect, dignity, and compassion by BMMSI. Our belief is that gaining the trust of both
the client and patient is essential when attempting to exhaust every possible avenue of
funding prior to self-payment.
